Fail Safe System FS1

  • The FS1's Normal Operation allows the Air Supply to Rotate the Vane while at the same time Charging the Accumulator (45 psig to 120 psig).
  • When the Pneumatic Air Supply Drops below 15 psig, the Pilot Valve changes it's Positions causing the Charged Accumulator Tank to Rotate the Vane Actuator.



Fail Safe System FS2

  • The FS2's Normal Operation is Identical to that of the FS1, except, when the Pneumatic Air Supply Drops below 15 psig or the Electrical Supply is Lost, de-energizing the Solenoid Valve, the Pilot Valve changes it's Positions causing the Charged Accumuator Tank to Rotate the Vane Actuator.
