Position 1 (0 Degree)
- To Obtain Position 1: the Top Solenoid Valve is Energized, the Top Vane Rotates 90 degrees FCCW, which turns the Lower Vane and Rotates the Valve to the 0 degree position.

Position 2 (90 Degree)
- To Obtain Position 2: neither the Top Solenoid Valve or the bottom Solenoid Valve is Energized, the Top Vane Rotates 90 degrees, which returns the Lower Vane to it's Original Position and the Valve is Rotated to the 90 degree position.

Position 3 (180 Degree)
- To Obtain Position 3: the Bottom Solenoid Valve is energized, the Bottom Vane Rotates 90 degrees CCW, the Upper Vane remains stationary and the Valve is Rotated to the 180 degree position.
